Data controller

The quiz, the appointment request and the contact form only send information if you choose to send it: parent’s name, email, phone number (optional), the child’s age range, main need and the option being considered. No child’s name is requested.
This information is sent by email to MB Your School Coach through the Web3Forms service, solely so that we can get back to you.
When you go from the quiz to the appointment request, your choice is kept temporarily in your browser’s session storage, then deleted when you close the tab.

Data strictly necessary to arrange an appointment: parent’s name, email, phone number (optional), the child’s age range and main need.
Processor for sending emails: Web3Forms. Legal basis and retention period: [to be completed].
Data concerning minors is never used for advertising purposes.

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability with regard to your data.
You can exercise these rights by writing to mb.yourschoolcoach@gmail.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
